Hyophorbe verschaffeltii (Spindle Palm)

Hyophorbe verschaffeltii is a palm native to Madagascar, it grows up to 6-7 m high. It has green yellow leaves, and orange flowers. Its fruits are orange, and turn to red once rippen.

The Hyophorbe verschaffeltii or Spindle Palm requires full sun, loam or sand soil; no specific pH requirement, and a moderate amount of water.
