Foeniculum vulgare is native Southern Europe, Mediterranean; it grows in alkaline and nuetral soil, in full to partially shadded areas. It doesn't need alot of water. Moreover, it has yellow flowers and feathery leaves. This plant is attractive to bees, butterflies and/or birds.
