Juniperus scopulorum (Rocky Mountain Juniper)
The juniper Scopulorum is a plant native to the western parts of the United States. The tree is generally a slow growing evergreen tree, with a pyramidal growth habit, and can reach a height of 13 meters. The tree requires full sun, and is able to withstand dry and drought soils. The tree is a perfect choice for screening, or as a specimen. The tree requires proper drainage methods, in order to keep the foliage dry.
