Rhus coriaria (Elm-Leaved Sumach, Sicilian sumac)

" Every Lebanese has eaten the dark red condiment called summac, which is derived from the fruits of this tree and is used in popular foods such as the Mankouche, Kaakeh, and Fattoush.Summac tree is found in every part of the country, growing at almost every altitude.
