Adonidia merrillii (Adonidia Palm, Christmas Palm)
Christmas palm is an evergreen palm that has a very nice dark green foliage, and a fruit that becomes red in December, which is the reason behind is common name, and it has a showy bark. It is highly susceptible to lethal yellowing disease.
