Petroselinum crispum (Parsley, Curly Parsley, Hamburg Parsley)
Parsley is an edible biennial, that is also grown as an annual as well. It's mainly grown for its green, star-shaped, curly leaves that are often used in soups, salads and other foods. The second year, the plant grows insignificant dill-like flowers that are yellow, green, or sometimes white. Then it produces seeds, and after settling them the plant dies.
To be planted in full to partial sunny areas, in well drained, fertile loam or sand soil.
