Berberis ottawensis (Hybrid Barberry, Silver Miles Barberry)
The child plant of Berberis thunbergii and vulgaris that is mainly rounded to spreading in shape, deciduous shrub. It has rounded oval leaves that are burgundy and turn red during autumn, dueing spring clusters of fragrant yellow flowers form which bring about small oval red fruits. It can be used to keep invaders out and perfect contrast color for other green leaved shrubs
