Liriodendron tulipifera (Tulip Tree)

Originated from the United states this large long lived very attractive deciduous tee. Early summer a large greenish whitish flower appear followed by a large aggregate fruit which can stay on the tree during winter time. Tulip tree has some of the most distinctive leaves of any tree , large lye shapes and turn yellow in the fall. Very adaptive tree, it can grow in all sorts of soils and can  withstand shade when its young. During hot, dry weather interior leaves turn yellow and fall off
