Picea pungens (Blue Spruce, Colorado Blue Spruce)
Blue spruce is a very slow growing evergreen from Colorado. Got it name form it's leaf color. Needle leaves are prickly when touched but have nice aromatic smell when crushed. It has a perfect pyramidal shape. It can withstand many stresses, including drought, pollution, salt and wind. Use it as a specimen or screen.
