Festuca glauca (Blue Fescue)
Festuca glauca is an evergreen grass native to central and southern Europe. It is of high ornamental because of its dense and fine-textured foliage that is blue-green colored. It flowers in summer on the upright stems. It can be used as a border plant, container, green wall and rain garden.
