Adiantum capillus-veneris (Common Maidenhair Fern, Southern Maidenhair Fer)
Adiantum capillus-veneris is an evergreen perennial native to tropical and temperate regions around the world. It does very well in shady areas. It acts as an evergreen plant in tropical areas but as deciduous in temperate regions. It has small fan-shaped leaflets. This fern has some traditional herbal medicinal uses in addition to edible uses such as refreshing drinks and tea.
